Dear Eileen,

I would highly recommend you for wedding hair and make up. You set me at my ease immediately when I contacted you initially by email with my concerns about an on going skin condition (such that I never wore make up) and worries about my hair.

At the trial you took time to talk to me and really understood my desire for a natural look to my wedding hair and make-up. The trial built my confidence immensely as I really could not believe I could look so good. As I said to you on that day, you are a one-woman confidence builder.

On the wedding day you had four of us to deal with, three you had never met before. You coped with everyone's hair and make-up (and nerves) beautifully from my 75-year-old Mum to my 13 year old stepdaughter. Everybody really liked you and were thrilled with the way they looked and we all got fantastic compliments. Everyone who has seen the pictures has commented on how lovely all our hair "dos" are and how natural the make-up is.

I wish you could have been there in Princes Street Gardens when we were having our pictures taken - a Brownie pack Leader asked if one of her pack could talk to me, the little girl said "I just wanted to tell you that you look really beautiful". Not something I used to (a tear down the make-up moment)-but I'll never forget.

It was lovely to meet you, you are such a calming influence amongst the chaos of a wedding morning and I can never thank you enough for all your hard work and understanding.
